Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with the items you have received, you may return or exchange them within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, resalable condition. Once the items have been returned, you will be entitled to an exchange or a refund. Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable. We are also unable to refund or exchange items that are no longer in their original condition. Please make sure you try the shoes on a clean, suitable surface to avoid scratches or signs of wear and ensure they remain in perfect resalable condition. All returned packages must be sent using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items that are damaged or lost during return transit. If you are returning a product from outside the European Union, please note that any customs duties or import taxes charged during the process will be deducted from the amount available for refund.
How to return an order:
- Please complete the “Start a Return or Exchange” form.
- You will be asked to provide the items you wish to return, along with some additional information. The items must then be returned to us using a carrier of your choice.
- All returned packages must be sent using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items that are damaged or lost during return transit. If you are outside the European Union, please make sure your item is accompanied by the required temporary export documentation. We recommend checking the requirements with your chosen carrier.
- Once your return has been processed, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within up to 3 business days.
How to exchange an order:
Please complete the "Start a Return or Exchange" form.
- After that, we will check availability of stock for your exchange size/color (for model exchange, please proceed to Return first) and inform you accordingly. If there are conditions to proceed with the exchange you will be asked to return the item(s) to us, if possible accompanied by a copy of the invoice.
- You will be prompted to fill the form with the items you wish to exchange and some additional info. The items must be returned to us via a carrier of your choice.
- All returned packages must be sent with a traceable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for damaged or lost items in the return transit. If you are outside the E.U. make sure to send your item accompanied with the due temporary export paperwork - make sure to inform yourself with your preferred carrier.
