How should I care for this pair?
This product is crafted from natural leather and vinyl, maria carlota sandals are made to age beautifully. avoid prolonged exposure to water and direct sunlight. If needed, wipe gently with a soft cloth and let them air dry naturally.

Sizing / Fit
We recommend choosing your usual EU size.
What if I’m between sizes?
Our fisherman sandals follow the European Italian sizing standard and fit true to size - we have a table below with the reference and how to measure your feet . However, if you are in doubt, it’s recommended to size up. Remember: the vinyl can stiffen at times, especially when not worn for a long time. If that happens, allow it a bit of time to warm up when in contact with the skin. During warm days or in summertime, it becomes more flexible, so you might need to fasten it a bit tighter.

AFTER ORDERING
Where is my order?
If your order has not arrived when you were expecting it, please do the following:
- Check if you have received a dispatch confirmation e-mail with your tracking ID and use it to check the order’s status on this page;
- Check within MY ACCOUNT: Is your delivery’s address correct? Are your contact details up to date?
- Check for text messages, e-mails and attempted delivery cards from our carrier. Your parcel may be awaiting collection at a local delivery pick-up point or you may need to re-arrange delivery;
- Check if someone else residing at your address has taken receipt of your parcel.

How can I return an order?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn and in its original condition and packaging.
